BCEC Unveils 2025/2026 Menu Planner – Seasoned by Queensland

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) has revealed its Menu Planner for 2025/2026, a culinary showcase of Queensland flavours, crafted with care and designed to meet the evolving tastes of today’s event guests.

Crafted by Executive Chef Matthew Arnold and the Centre’s talented culinary team, the new menu reflects a sophisticated evolution in wellness-driven cuisine, where fresh, premium ingredients meet elevated presentation.

This year’s menu is more than a collection of dishes, it’s a reflection of BCEC’s deep respect for Queensland’s vibrant food culture and collaborative team approach to menu design.

With options designed to cater to diverse dietary needs and global flavours inspired by the Centre’s multicultural team, the menu offers something for everyone.

At the ASM Global managed BCEC, sustainability remains at the heart of our culinary philosophy. From energy-efficient kitchen practices, mindful menu planning, food waste reduction and community support through partnerships including Emmanuel City Mission, the Centre continues to lead with purpose.

To complement the launch and amplify this purpose, BCEC is also excited to introduce @seasonedbyqld, a dedicated Instagram account that brings the Centre’s culinary story to life.
